1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Preferred Business Connect (a product of LocalLeadCapture.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Preferred Business Connect provides personalized landing pages, interest forms, notification routing, and conversion tools designed specifically for Area Directors managing local publications. We provide a turnkey system — no software development or workflow building is required from the Area Director.

3. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

• Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription based on the number of publications selected (1, 2, or 3+).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with a 30-day advance notice sent via email.
• Payment Failure: Failure to process recurring payment may result in temporary suspension of your page and notification routing until billing is resolved.

4. Area Director Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and maintain updated contact details.
• Follow up responsibly and professionally with local businesses that raise their hands on your page.
• Not use Preferred Business Connect for spam, deceptive marketing, or unrequested mass outreach.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local marketing regulations (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA compliance for SMS notifications).

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, system architecture, copy, designs, graphics, and code behind Preferred Business Connect remain the exclusive intellectual property of LocalLeadCapture.com. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use their personalized Business Connect pages for the duration of their active subscription.

6. Relationship to N2 Publishing / PubHero

Preferred Business Connect is an independent conversion tool created by veteran Area Directors. While designed to work alongside CRM tools like PubHero, Preferred Business Connect is independently owned and operated by LocalLeadCapture.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preferred Business Connect and LocalLeadCapture.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or fail to make timely payments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
